    I dunno... it incorporated the badge shape and the stripes pretty well. Both of our badges have cut out a lot of the fluff to focus on the core elements. We may think that it lacks character now, but I wonder - how it will be perceived in 5-10 years time after they have created some history...

    I agree. Realistically we will need a Rose and Walker replacement as well though, and once you have that brilliant physical platform to build on - as both are showing this season - the ceiling is way higher provided you can develop the technical/mental attributes.

    Both him and Alli looked a real threat operating as inside forwards alongside Kane. Clearly he has no end product but if he can make the right runs with and without the ball he will cause chaos in opposition defences and hopefully create the space for our other (more technically gifted) players...

    He was truly atrocious at pens when he broke through. Weak, pathetic scoops at the centre of goal reminiscent of Adebayor. Now he really reminds me of Lampard and Gerrard. He's obviously not quite on their level (yet?), but they nearly always pinged it straight into the inside of the side...

    Look who they got instead... I'd rather have Janssen than three Llorentes! I would happily keep him another season or two after this given what we saw with Lamela. Even with a third striker in the ranks, he would still get games and seems to have big potential.
