The Official 2024/25 Premier League Thread

I don't think they're body language looks good and that includes the manager, his jack-in-the-box routine has disappeared. He's tried to get them playing in a different way, usually 'win at all costs', partly understandable with their main orchestrator missing in Odegaard, but it's too...

Brighton excellent in that first half Reckon that's Konate gone as well. Looked like he put his shoulder out at the very end of that half. (And he's looked good for them this season)

Er yeah. Agreed. Was someone not agreeing? My point was we need to facilitate them making a good living farming for the greater good NOT commercial decisions I'm not thinking that. Not even close to that... and nothing I said suggested that. Bizarre. We will always have to import food. The...

An interesting video. The document he's commenting on basically is saying we need.. 1. Healthier diets 2. Less emissions. He baulks/pushes back on that simply for one reason....money. Every time he says 'unreliable' he means 'unprofitable'. I'm not being critical of him. This is the realities...

    Official Sponsors and Partners Thread

I 100% think we have a great relationship with AIA...and a great deal of loyalty to them resulting from their continued support during COVID etc. They ve been solid. Maybe Korean companies don't see great value in some marketing channels? Samsung could easily take the naming rights for the...

It must be easy getting sponsorship from a Korean company when on our side of the deal we have Sonny as the ultimate ace card. Makes you wonder why Samsung hasn't been hooked. (Though not sure of their current football club ties??)

Read the wages from 2015 and compare to Arsenal?. Gap closed over that period. We are on par. They have become a contender at that level..so not an impossible mission.

I'm generally ok with that, if it makes me more productive and life easier I can square that in my own head. Conversely the problem I witness with youngsters endless hours on smartphones and SM is 95% of the time they are consuming mind numbing brick:) . I've never engaged with social media...
