We went almost a decade with a zero net spend and went from a mid table club to champions league regulars. Players like bale, Modric, walker... We just spent a huge money on the stadium. We did waste money. But every club has. You might not like him. But try and not let your bias rewrite history.

Bit meaningless as it's just prem years.

The last few years we are one of the biggest spending teams in europe.

Happy for him. Hopefully he can build on it.

The hotel should already be budgeted for. Probably the £50m left over of enics investment and some other. It will probably be everything else they are looking for.

It's nothing new. We've been looking for investment since the riots. Remember stories of trying to get the saudis interested.

I doubt much would be on wages and fees. It would most likely be on development projects on the land Spurs own.

If we're going that way it has to be qatar. More disposable income than anyone.

Welcome Ange: To Dare is to Didgeridoo

Let's face it. Whatever your opinion on ange. If we don't improve in the next few months. He'll be gone. If that is right or wrong. Is up to you.

I'd suggest plyers or a hammer. Not done my own teeth though.

Welcome Ange: To Dare is to Didgeridoo

Tells us what we know. We don't score enough from the chances we create and let the opposition score from theirs. It's the way we play.

    EU transfer ruling

If what happens? This case was about who has to pay compensation club or player. If a contract is broken. They ruled that the club he joined didn't have to pay the compensation. As it would stop him being able to work. He still has to pay compensation for breaching. Transfer fees aren't going...

    Players we should buy

We do pretty much what we have done the last few summers. 1 big money signing. A couple of youngsters and an oportunist signing. Maybe a loan aswell. Jan probably one signing i'd say.

Film studios don't train actors. Maybe internships like lawfirms or something. Not going to happen though. Transfer fees are here to stay. This (as far as i can tell) was just about the player breaching his contract. But not being able to play for another club because fifas rules said the club...

    Players we should buy

Wirtz is not coming to us. He'd be going to real or somewhere for a lot more than £60-70m. As for who we'd go for? Depends on how our youngsters progress and the players play this season.

    EU transfer ruling

Seems this ruling is nothing new. It's just a rehash of the mutu case when he joined juventus after being kicked out by chelsea. Basically the club he joins isn't liable to compensate the other club. It's on the player. Media just seem to be dramatising to sell the story.

    EU transfer ruling

There would have to have a reason for dismissal. Asfar as I'm aware he turned up for training. Just wasn't very good or fit.

Then it would be like our current employment. Just clubs would be very unlikely to invest in academies because there would be little benefit.

    EU transfer ruling

What do you mean by old style contracts? Are there new style contracts?

    EU transfer ruling

They agreed a contract to play for the club for a certain amount of time. Seems pretty simple. What would football look like without transfer fees? There'd be no academies for one. So not sure how it would survive.
