*** OMT Tottenham Hotspur v Saudi Sportswashing Machine ***

Would think Richarlison would be striker if Son is out.
  2. El Guepardo

    Pedro Porro

He provides the width out wide that Kulusevski could provide. I think that needs to be seen as how we are set up. Kulusevski cutting in and Pedro Porro overlapping to provide the crosses. They are a good pairing and help each other both defensively and in attack. Pedro Porro has a big...

***TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR vs West Ham United OMT***

It’s incredible how much football can suck the life out of you sometimes. I feel so flat after tonight’s match. Just empty. We played so well first half with quick passing and seemed in complete control. Except that although we scored, we actually created very little as West Ham soaked up...

Welcome Ange: To Dare is to Didgeridoo

I just hope that Levy and ENIC fully back Ange so that he can achieve all that he wants with us. It speaks volumes that we lost three in a row and yet I didn’t see any doubters. Yes, we’ve had injuries but usually that won’t stop the doubters from making noise. Seems like he has full backing...

    Pedro Porro

He really is, especially given those that had doubted his ability to defend, one of which was myself. I’m pleased to have been proven wrong. He’s right up there for most tackles by any player this season. I fully expect him to score soon too. He can hit a good shot and is due one.

    The Goon Thread

Very late win and a lot closer match than many had expected. Shows that they grind the results out and don’t stop fighting which is concerning. Hoped that they would drop points so that we could close the gap to 4 points on Thursday night.

    Dejan Kulusevski

Definitely. He’s a player I rate highly, I was just surprised that he only assisted one goal so far this season.

***TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR vs West Ham United OMT***

I think Sarr will be on the bench. I think we take fewer risks with injuries these days so will hold back until Sarr is fully ready to start.

    Yves Bissouma

I am happy for him to try stuff and to keep possession rather than hoofing it. And mistakes will happen. But I think being brave isn’t just running into multiple City players, part of it still revolves around making the right choices. I mean imagine if Vicario decided he wanted to dribble...

    Guglielmo Vicario

So we’ve went from Danny Rose having to Google our signings, to Maddison having to YouTube them. But if our signings continue to be as excellent as Vicario then wow long may the ‘YouTube’ signings continue.

    Jamie Donley

Good to see youth being given a chance. Will have been a memorable day for him and hopefully the start of a successful career for him with us.

    Son Heung-Min

7th PL player to achieve that. Kane didn’t achieve it apparently.
  13. El Guepardo

    Dejan Kulusevski

I find it hard to believe that Kulusevski only has one assist so far this season. Then again our finishing often has let us down. He averages 2 key passes per game and so if we can become more clinical more consistently then his assist numbers will naturally rise.

    Giovani Lo Celso

I think Pedro Porro is willing to shoot and Hoijberg has scored goals in the past fron the edge of the box.
  15. El Guepardo

    Giovani Lo Celso

And given Hoijberg came on yesterday to provide defensive strength and an extra number in midfield I wonder how we will start v West Ham given that their strengths lay in midfield and from set pieces.

***OMT Tottenham Hotspur v Emirates Marketing Project***

And why is that? Who decided that we would have a guaranteed six points from the next two matches had we followed your suggestion? I think we might have more chance to get those six points now than we had if we followed your plan. Team confidence will be elevated and should be a good crowd...

***OMT Tottenham Hotspur v Emirates Marketing Project***

I like that as a dig towards City but our away support deserve a LOT more credit than that. Once again they were loud and gave their all.

    Brennan Johnson

When we have Romero back to long pass to Johnson to set him away on the counter, that’s when the fun will be had. We can unlock deadly counter attacks with Johnson’s pace and direct running. Can see him being huge for us in future. I wasn’t too sure on him when we signed him but seen enough...

***OMT Tottenham Hotspur v Emirates Marketing Project***

In this time people seem to feel free to say exactly what they want to and when they want to. The only thing that we can do is to ignore them and not give any power to their words.
  20. El Guepardo

    Yves Bissouma

It’s weird he’s completely off form right now. He was described as being press proof earlier this season and then he did that for City’s third goal. I hope that whatever has caused him not to be at his higher levels he can get past as on his day he can be right at the top level but we’ve not...
