Give teams a game yes but that’s not the same as being as good as them. We gave Arsenal a game this season but finished 20 points behind them last season. Same with Emirates Marketing Project.

How many teams have been able to play their best 11 consistently over the last few months? I wouldn’t say our team is bang average but it’s not as good as many on here think. We don’t have a single world class player or anyone even close to world class. We have a team of good players but not...

Kelly Cates would be better if it’s a woman. Or Gabby Logan. Or long as it’s not Eni Aluko. Mark Chapman would be the most logical.

I think it’s most likely the complete opposite and they will go for a non-white male to host it. Probably Alex Scott. The guy who hosts MOTD2 would be a good replacement, Mark Chapman is it? Just as long as someone gets it on merit I’m quite open minded.

Welcome Ange: To Dare is to Didgeridoo

Noticed the same against Villa last week, Martinez took control of the 6 yard box. Vicario acts like he’s not allowed to come off the goal line for corners.

    Daniel Levy - Chairman

No one has ever disputed he’s a genius when it comes to the commercial side of the game. In fact, I myself and many others have said many times he’s great at that side of things, it’s the football side where he lets himself down. The monetary side is great but that’s not why we support the team...

And a keeper who refuses to come off his line for corners.

Fans of rival teams aren’t exactly impartial. To be fair I’m not even sure that peak Maldini and Baresi would look good in our broken system where we’re allergic to clean sheets.

That’s a part of it definitely. But the Madrid links constantly get brought up on here. He hasn’t said anything publicly to suggest he wants to leave. I think he will go this season or next if we don’t improve and finish in the top 4 minimum.

Welcome Ange: To Dare is to Didgeridoo

Good post Steff. Agree with larhe parts of it. Agree Johnson needs competition, he doesn’t do enough for me. Don’t know what’s happened to Maddison, I was so happy when we signed him, but he’s been poor for the best part of 9 months. I don’t think we have anything close to a world class player...

OMT *** TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR V IPSWICH TOWN *** Sun 10th Nov, 14:00 BST, The Tottenham Hotspur Stadium

I think some (not necessarily Bedford) have accepted he will eventually be on his way either to Real or somewhere else and they’re already mad at him for it. He seems to get a lot of stick. Maybe people are mad he can’t reproduce his Argentina form for us. But there’s an element of jilted lover...

Welcome Ange: To Dare is to Didgeridoo

We are still very much an attacking team that doesn’t pay much attention to defending. I think people are dreaming if they think our forwards are good enough for where we want to be.

Welcome Ange: To Dare is to Didgeridoo

Having a leader would help but it’s more that the players aren’t good enough. Not enough guile in the creative positions. People look at the amount of goals we score and think it means our forwards and midfielders are good enough, it’s because we overload the final third with players rather than...

    Hope not. It’s not Succession.

    Daniel Levy - Chairman

As has been said many times, he’s a great chairman in terms of the commercial side, not so much on the football side. He’s been at the club 20 years, it’s time for a change. How many top companies have someone in charge for 20+ years? Kinda stating the obvious but he runs the club so he is...

Cann we make the top 4 or 5?

Arsenal have most definitely had a harder start fixture wise than us.
  18. Jurgen the German

    Keep or get rid

I’d add that we need top class wingers as 1A as the highest priority to fix along with the CM’s. We don’t have a standout in any position.
  19. Jurgen the German

    Brennan Johnson

I haven’t seen much improvement. I would like him to succeed but he needs to do more besides getting on the end of crosses.

    Doctor Tottenham..

You’ll annoy a few people with this thread mate.
