American politics

Cut the hyperbole.

The US obviously isn't a dictatorship and free speech there is 100x better than in the UK, let alone China et al. None of what's happening in the US fits a standard definition of fascism, unless you're using some Instagram definition of it.

Venezuela, I suspect are free to do what they wish as long as they don't become a puppet of Russia/Iran/China again.
Ok JD V.

Of course, but by agreeing to allow them to have self governance and autonomy is a sticking point, not that Denmark has any interest in selling. There was a Danish politician on the old tele recently who said the Self Governance Act meant any decision would sit with Greenlanders, also if memory serves it would violate international law to sell the land from under them. Equally something about Greenlanders not being able to sell themselves to America unless it had gained full independence, which they don't want either.

Either way Trump is being a cnut and neither party is interested regardless of the detail
Sounds an easy win for Trump if the population is 57k......just offer every member of the population half a million dollars

Not when you don't have any need for the money.........Inuit have a much bigger sense of loyalty, belonging and deep rooted tradition.

Time will tell, but I would be shocked if they sold their soul for money.
There will be a price, there's always a price.

Whether or not the US will pay that price remains to be seen, but it's naïve to think that anyone could hold out forever as the price keeps increasing.

And they don't have to buy everyone out, just a working majority of whatever voting system they're using.

As i say we will see.

I dont see the selling out and TBH I dont see Trump continuing a line of "we will pay them" i suspect he will attempt by force

Let's see
