Edit : essentially it amounts to someone saying that Lewis' daughter has little if any involvement and that the hotel is not on hold (as per what was also described in the same WhatsApp screenshot where the rumour originated)

Bit harsh. She was a beautiful woman but i believe an illness or accident left her disfigured.

Personally, I find it all confusing. When googling Lewis I see a family trust and a charitable trust. I see his daughter as a trustee but have no clue who are the beneficiaries. That's quite an important detail in these matters. I also saw that the trust had 2 trustees but 2 other people who were overseers on THFC, implying that we are indeed a beneficiary. Interestingly, his son Charles isn't mentioned anywhere in the trust model.
So this is a Stupid Wild Arsed Guess (SWAG) but I believe Lewis does have THFC in his heart and made us one of the beneficiaries of his family trust. Whether that sits well with the daughter, who knows. I don't think the model changes. We will still run to a balance sheet and P&L, and it is unlikely we'll see an injection of money from the Lewis's any time soon. More likely we'll see these smaller investors. A new shaped board will just be built around this model.

Ange sacking was imminent on Saturday night, by levy, now levy is leaving.
Why would levy be allowed to sack a manager as he leaves?

It's not as if levy has woke up yesterday morning and decided he's off and everything is in place.

Then a day of ITK it's carnage' behind the scenes; Levy is stepping back/leaving/being forced out; new owners from Qatar/Oman/anywhere else; new investment (not sale) incoming; tribulations between Levy and Lewis's daughter; Levy and Vinai have falllen out over Ange; Ange is staying; Ange is sacked; Ange is on holiday; Ange has been summoned back;

What do we know
- THFC was transferred "away" from Lewis (and whatever concerns were aligned to him) into a Trust, that yes, has two of Lewis's family. Some years ago.
- Levy has been Chairman/CEO/Significant stakeholder in THFC for the full period of time
- All indications are both Lewis and family both trust him (he's added to their asset amazingly) and don't particularly have an active interest in club. This is backed up by Levy (been reported) has gone to Lewis multiple times over the years for cash injections and for all but one has been told no.
Currently
- New CEO starting with what looks like a continuation of Levy adding more people and more separation of duty (building on Munn/Lange type appointments). Levy himself would have made this appointment
- Cullen and possibly a couple other long term players stepping down
- Several ongoing talks about external investors.
Honestly think (internet reporting) someone heard a couple of board members changing, new CEO incoming and made up a nothing story for click bait.

Yep, from memory Collecott was dual rolling between ENIC and THFC. He had fiduciary responsibilities against both areas. I could see him remaining at the ENIC level and not at the THFC level moving forward. With ENIC divesting their other businesses/clubs, perhaps we could be about to see them invest in new areas and keep people like Collecott busy on other things.

Crazy how much negativity there was/is surrounding Cullen, some of the crap you see on Social Media about her stepping down and how happy some seem with it... "ding dong the witch is dead".
Generally we have absolutely no idea what goes on day to day inside the club, what certain people influence, what they don't - it's mental how unfounded rumours fuel so much gonads in our fanbase.
