Donna Cullen gone...first of the changes?

She has retired and this was planned according to some sources (not me)

I don't get the impression this was forced. Levy's comments were almost verbose in his thanks. Maybe the other changes meant she brought forward her retirement a year or two and she felt it better to leave now than commit to several more years.

Genuine question, why was she hated?

She was often the public face of the club, giving answers people didn't like.

Ive seen a lot of people have said good about her leaving, without actually saying why and what she has done so wrong?

Genuine question, why was she hated?
Because she is seen as part of the Levy cabal; is seen as the gatekeeper to Levy’s door (whether true or not); and gets too involved in football matters - from what I can glean. I will add - and will likely get shot down for this - in some part because she has been a visible female presence in a man’s world. There is often a hint of misogyny to the comments about her (a bit like with Karren Brady (whom I find dislkeable on TV but who is subject to a lot of personal comments from people who I doubt have ever crossed paths with her).

Some of it came from years ago because she was head of communications and was known for patronising or belittling replies to fan emails. Which was in contrast to Paul Barber, who was always warm and thoughtful with his.

She was hugely visible and took slot of abuse because of it
Who would have thought it 🙀
Clearly also she must have know her stuff as we know levy doesn’t suffer fools and isnt scared to act
She was a really nice lady when I’ve met her and she could easily told me where to go….

Yep
Always bothered me when that kind of stuff got churned out
She lives down the road from me and has been helping my nephew get a job in the game (he starts at derby in the summer)
Every time I’ve spoke to her (probably about 10 times in the pub) she has been as avid a spurs fan as I’ve met and still super professional
We got drunk once when she came in for dinner and I asked her about poch
She started off by saying how classy he was as a man and also how polite too
Then said the decision to let him go was taken by the man in charge with much regret. Daniel and poch love each other and it was like a brotherly relationship (I’m paraphrasing what I remember)
ITK

I don't think you will or should get shot down for this, as it is almost certainly true.

Well, it was tongue in cheek, but you have more bona fides than any other Spurs ITK I'm pretty sure.
I wish
Actually I don’t
I know a few scouts but they are at villa and Brentford
I got most info form…. The Brentford facilities guy
I used to get info form Callum Davenport when he was at spurs but it was weird stuff like Atouba wears a Calvin Klein thing and Keane just knocked out David’s

I remember you posting stuff from Callum.
Weirdly I'm sure I remember you saying that he wore a little string bracelet that people took the mickey out if him for. Kind of wish my brain retained more useful stuff than that.

He is now a born again Christian
Doesn’t do any of the stuff he used to and lives in Plymouth so his daughter can do her elite swimming
When he got stabbed it changed him a lot, for the better I think

Because football fans will dislike/despise/hate anyone they perceive as reason for their club not 'winning'. No matter how far away that person is from the playing surface.

How do they end up with that perception? Think long and hard about it for hours and hours :) ... you're head can literally lead you anywhere.....when you're not 'winning'.

The caveat of course being, if you have had a bad personal experience with said person.

Thomas Frank is now bookie’s favourite by some way, like next candidates are at 20/1 onwards. Apologies if already been stated.
