Funniest Sitcoms of All Time

Not seen Veep or Flight of the Concords mentioned I don't think. Two of my favourites.

First season of flight of the conchords was brilliant. Jermaine Pennant and Bret (brit) Mckenzie have gone on to have excellent careers, which they fully deserve.

However, the second season you could tell they were hard pushed for songs; for me at least it felt a bit forced. Excellent dry humour though, I often teach my students "think about it" as a mild introduction to parodies

I think it's a show that you have to be in the right mood for. It's often literally 30 minutes of people yelling at each other, the beauty is that every character has no redeeming features, nobody ever makes any progress in life and Danny Devito is an absolute legend.

I think it's a great glimpse at how we would act without filter or self awareness; after some extensive personal research in to binge drinking in the name of science, the results showed that if you get blackout drunk whilst watching the show, the behaviour actually seems quite reasonable.
Hahahahahhaha literally made me laugh out loud

TBF Its similar to curb in that respect, Larry having fcuk you money to have no filter

Another mention for Yes Minister and Frasier where there's so much good writing and performance to enjoy even as years have gone by.
Will agree with Modern Family as there was a lot of very sharp and well-executed stuff in there - and the final episode with Phil's dad unexpectedly tripped me up emotionally so will have a soft spot for it the rest of my life.
