    yes indeed, inclusion is key. I am about to do my 500th Orange Theory class tomorrow. It's all creatures great and small, we all get on with it, do the hour of HiT a few times a week and do the best we can by ourselves regardless of washboards or bulges...EVERYONE is welcome!
