What would YOUR priority signing be in the Jan transfer window?

Getting Nusa would be fantastic, like Ødegaard was he's a banker. But we won't get him, of course. I think Simons would do better suited on the wing than in the middle anyway, so an AM is a priority for me. I don't trust Madisson to last for a full season.

Champions League 25/26: Dortmund, PSG, Villarreal, Frankfurt, Slavia, Bodø/Glimt, Copenhagen, Monaco

Haha neither really, more like wow or weird, special. A Norwenglish "sick".

*** CL MD4 OMT Tottenham Hotspur v FC Copenhagen ***

Best thing was that the players looked like they enjoyed football again, and that they were switched on. And what a goal by Micky Van-Min Son, stuff of legends that.

    Bundesliga Bonestroker Thread

His passing has always been sublime, and better than 99,2% of all midfielders in the world.

***Tottenham Hotspur v Everton*** - OMT

The technical skills he showed in his first games for us was impressive.

    OMT ** Tottenham Hotspur v Monaco ** 22/10/25.

It's all good, no problem. What I meant was that Richarlison doesn't seem to have any of the specialties needed to play up top alone. He often looks half a second too late for a poacher, his shooting isn't all that, he doesn't have the awareness or even strength to be a reliable target man...

Where have I said that we will get another Kane? And don't tell me what I should "have in my head or not".

    OMT ** Tottenham Hotspur v Monaco ** 22/10/25.

It's the old conundrum whether you like players who takes chances and loses the ball, or players who keeps possession but creates nothing, As of now we have players who tries to play it safe and fails. I hope/trust Frank to sort that out eventually, but it would be nice to see arrows pointing...

Too bad the CL dropouts don't enter the Europa League anymore, something tells me we have a slight potential in whatever cup that is.

    OMT ** Tottenham Hotspur v Monaco ** 22/10/25.

He's not the problem, but he's not the solution either. He is way too reactive to lead the line on his own, he doesn't have the skills to be an effective target and he doesn't have a Kane-Brain creating space, and while he could probably be useful with a well-rounded altruistic playmaker behind...

Would you look at that, a player outside the box with 4 players stopping and standing with their hands up their arses, waiting for the ball to fall into their lap. It's sometimes downright painful looking at whatever offensive tactics we have.

One shot on target in nearly 90 minutes says it all really.

That's what's possible with movement rather than ball watching.

He's a great shot stopper, albeit far from Hugo class. It's sometimes his positioning and often his high-risk low-reward distribution that makes him look lost at times.
