Vinai did work at The Woolwich for 14 years, also served with the European Clubs Association so probably knows more about football than a certain Simon Jordan that so many seem to look up to, at least Spurs haven't gone into administration yet :) :) :) :)

    Archie Gray

Even though at the moment he is under 21 in regards to PL squad rules not sure it makes sense selling a home grown player like him

If Lucas goes think it makes zero difference to max senior 17 non home grown players for the PL squad as he is under 21. At the moment I make we have 18 senior non home grown not counting any loan players , if we are to bring anyone else in someone needs shifting.

    Sandro Tonali

We may not get Tonali especially if Emirates Marketing Project are sniffing around but it seems the Lewis Family are keeping their word in their end of season message to fans. Manager has been backed with Van Hecke, who is clearly his choice now a record bid for Tonali. This will require investment – in our...

    Daniel Levy - Former Chairman

Has Levy ever done that "exclusive" interview promised by Jordan ? On another point it is now two weeks since Eight Sports announced the agreement to purchase some of Levy's shares in ENIC , as I understand it under Bahamian corporate law any sale of more than ten per cent of shares in a...

    Jan Paul van Hecke

Manager being backed by the board with a player that he wanted, at what many will say (Simon Jordan etc) is an OTT price as he has only one year on his contract , this is not the Spurs way . :):):):)

    Luka Vuskovic

From the comments , I have not watched a single match in this world cup and didn't watch this one , assume the lad is not ready for the PL so more loans would seem the best answer for him.

    Daniel Levy - Former Chairman

Hope Levy also reminded Jordan of the deals he negotiated for soon to be out of contract Kane and Eriksen.

    J P van Hecke

BBC are reporting it as done with article by Alex Bysouth , they don't normally publish like that if the transfer is in doubt but until it appears on the club website could still fall through. PS And a full page by Simon Stone on the Beeb website.

Good to see we have so many experts on young players around the age of 18/19 on the forum and if they are going to make it at the top . Let's look at Semenyo, at 18 years old he was playing for Bath City in some league or other, did he look like a future City player at the time for £60 million...

    João Palhinha

Apparently when he went to Bayern from Fulham his wife didn't go with him and now they are divorced but when he came to Spurs he mentioned how glad he was to be back with his family so it's all bit of a mystery what is going on . No doubt Sporting will get him cheaper than if we wanted him ...

    Luka Vuskovic

Might be best to see how he does in the World Cup before deciding how good he is, we know apart from Bayern the German League is not that strong , even N17th Spurs can beat German teams in the past couple of seasons.
