    Good pod chaps and can't fault the list. The issue for me hasn't necessarily been the individual items, as we are never going to get everything right, but the compounding effect of the issues. Taken in isolation, they are unfortunate, all together though, disastrous.

    Seems an unfair dismissal claim wouldn't be amiss. Not even charged, not enough evidence years ago. Not saying it isn't true, but could also easily be a made up allegation. Lost job and details of allegations made public. Guilty until proven innocent in trial by (mainly 'social' nowadays) media.
