    There's been no confirmation of a figure, just the media chatter. But even within that, the offer to buy the club was only (only!) £3.3billion with rumour of another £1.2b then being made available for use by the club afterwards.

    Two different things there. Sources say the club is not for sale while it is simply believed there was no bid/expression of interest.
