    Nothing since May on Lucas! Thought he was very good today - such class on the ball, mixed with powerful running. Not a no.10 in my book, but think he is already good enough to be the starting no.8 for us (rotating with Sarr).

    I’d like to see the penalty rules changed so that once the whistle goes the keeper can come off his line. Sick of seeing these stupid run ups with, doesn’t feel at all like a natural part of the game. Or there’s a whistle for the taker, then soon after for the keeper. Like Gladiators :D

    I really liked how we mixed up the very aggressive pressing and the deeper defending. It was always one or the other - no half way house.

    Wow what a fantastic performance. I was starting to worry he’d reached a plateau, and that Bergvall had rapidly surpassed him. But he seems to have reached another level defensively. Can see him being a fantastic asset in games like this where we’re defending, pressing, and hitting on the break.

    Sure but he averaged more assists than goals - 8-9 vs 5-6. So I’m just questioning GB’s comparison to Alli, whose biggest strength was always goals.
