    U23s, Academy and Loanees

4-5 now! The last man for Spurs did a weak header back to the keeper, who MIGHT have handled but didn’t. Then the last man was sent off for pulling back but you see more pulling back at a five year olds birthday party

Spurs U21s had a man sent off verrrrrry harshly. Everton then rattled in 5. Spurs got one. Meh

Welcome Ange: To Dare is to Didgeridoo

Thanks to @tommysvr 's database made by match: https://thfcdb.com/people/ange-postecoglou/matches?selectedView=subs LEI 78 78 78 78 92 92 = far, far too late. We start the season, players are not match fit, we need to bring on fresh legs much sooner. It is hard to make an impact when you're...

OMT: Spurs v Chelsea Thursday, 8pm at Stamford Bridge

When we want to attack, we make it seem almost impossible. Eventually after lots of faffing around we get it to Maddison, who always passes to Son. Son always looks keen, bursts, feints left then jinks inside as Udogie overlaps, then rolls it inside to someone who is unsure what to do and faffs...

OMT: Spurs v Chelsea Thursday, 8pm at Stamford Bridge

I can only see one winner here; our luck won't hold out for the second half. I just wish one of our "talents" would actually do something clever and make a goal happen, they are so passive.

Phew, we REALLY rode our luck there. Very pleased with 0-0. Our keeper had a LOT more work to do than theirs.

50 seconds and they are through and hit the post. FML.

Please Spurs. No stupid decisions today. I remember Romero scoring an o.g. and then handballing to give them a penalty. No red cards from Romero / Bergvall / Bent etc. Just play the game not the occasion. And win please.

Just bumping my post from 25Aug24 on page 188, where I was mentioning that we need to rotate the squad fully to avoid injuries.

I am ever hopeful. GHod help me, I shall be sat here expectantly. Though I genuinely wonder if we can keep a clean sheet for the first minute with no panics and no scary moments; that would be a boost and an improvement on recent performances.

    Ange in or out?

A bold claim, written right after they lose. He seems average, meh, fine, whatever. There are lots of managers that are fine. I see Brighton keep losing. Apparently they didn't win a home game all year and sold their manager Potter to Cheatski for £22m. Iraola keeps losing too. Fulham's...

    ENIC

Agreed, you're right, I realised that today. Spurs are posting losses, but a lot of the deductions don't count towards PSR, so we are absolutely fine in PSR terms, and thus if Spurs (Levy) had (or finds an investor with) hundreds of millions, we could invest that money if we could reliably claim...
