I've watched quite a bit of Anderlecht vs Man U tonight and Tielemans 31 has done a lot of jogging slowly, passing sideways, losing tackles, failed forward passes, stayed very deep and been quiet all game. I thought this guy was supposed to be a big talent?

Big in Belgium doesn't always translate to a more competitive environment.
He was poor against us last season, particularly in the home leg where Mason dominated him
Best thing since sliced bread, or so they say![]()
He was 18 years old. We won the home game 2-1 (perhaps a little fortunately) and lost the away game 2-1 (perhaps a little unfortunately)Big in Belgium doesn't always translate to a more competitive environment.

Rumours of a world record bid gone in for Mbappe of €130mil from RM and/or Emirates Marketing Project
He's not even the best player at Monaco is he?Rumours of a world record bid gone in for Mbappe of €130mil from RM and/or Emirates Marketing Project
Never got what was so good about sliced bread, is not difficult to slice a loaf of bread yourself is it.
I am not allowed to handle knives.
Difficult to "measure", but he's one hell of a player, and only 18 years. He's not even the best player at Monaco is he?
FIFY.Too many very rich underperforming sides out there for us to land the players we need.
We will buy at the apparent second or third tier yet again, thus our current plight. (I do no include Sissoko as a £30m transfer.)

The thing that's struck me about Zaha, other than his current run of good form, is how much bigger he is now. He looks a real handful.
Both seem a bit flakey to me, and I think we can find better. Happy to be proved wrong, but it will take a lot of money to find out.Zaha and Barkley are my two particular warning lights for disasters waiting to happen at the moment.
