we need Gray defensively, they will have moments of possession

we would be better off bringing Madders on for Marmoush or Solanke imo, a better ball player where there is space, finding an extra runner from deep

Yeah that's mostly fair - however by your analysis every time someone stands on someone's foot it's a red.
Games won't make it past 25 mins.
