Tottenham Hotspur Stadium - Licence To Stand

Can we please get the best exorcist possible to remove this curse from our new stadium 👿 I’m beginning to think there really is an Indian burial ground underneath the damn place💀

Our fans proved what a waste they are. We should be having that atmosphere rain or shine all the time every time! So as Delia said …. “ let’s be having you” …

It seems real fans were in attendance rather than those visiting London for the weekend looking for something to do.

I just think people talk themselves into and out of it on any given game "oh its Bodo SF, lets go big"..........."Oh its only Bournemouth and I hate the owners, so will sit and moan and say its no WHL"............."oh look its a must win final day show down, lets have it"

The only saving grace is that we don’t have “The Tottenham troops” as the equivalent to those completely embarrassing helmets the “Ashburton Army” …. More plastic than a boob job and softer than a wet sock.

Last time at the stadium and I got a seat behind those manufactured flag wavers, annoying as he'll and adds zero atmosphere

Is there any scope in the stadium to expand the capacity in the future?
Was thinking the Arse have plans to increase theirs but at a huge expense and inconvenience.
Just wondering have we future proofed our stadium to go up to say 65 to 70k in the future?

Well they have that whole box area across the top of north stand that’s still empty

Zero mention of any expansion possibilities in the book "Destination Tottenham" which specifically deals with the stadium construction. The only way to possibly extend any stand is to remove the roof, it's cable net construction would mean the whole lot would have to be removed, two seasons at Wembley anyone , no thank you.

The Sky Bridge was the idea of the architects Populous not Levy, when they presented it in the original plans to Levy he liked the idea but it has proved to be bit of a gimmick. Problem is when it's windy the whole roof flexes up and down so the Sky Bridge moves with it, described as like being on a train in motion. A walk on the Sky Bridge is included in the 3 hour + technical tour of the stadium which starts at £120 but I doubt it will get used for anything else.

A few extra seats won't do much for revenue anyway unless it's corporate. 5,000 extra seats sold at £80 for 23 games is £9.2m - not nothing but would also raise our matchday costs as well.
