Honestly I don't disagree and I personally hate 3 at the back, but we haven't been overrun in this game. The system has actually worked it's just that we are a shambles and have them 3 goals in the first 15 minutes not associated with the system of choice.

Tonight I just can't see the system as being a cause of the loss because it's actually worked if you look at the balance of play and I say that as someone who doesn't rate this squad at all.

We have zero creativity because we have none fit and available in the squad. A new manager can't fix that. I do agree with the 3 at the back (I'm never a fan of this) but I just think sacking another manager is just kind of missing the point.

We have a personnel problem. Until we admit that we will keep having problems.

IDGAF who it is, but we need a manager who UNDERSTANDS THE PLAYERS WE DO HAVE!
I am sick to the teeth of hearing about who we don't have, what we don't have. That has been clear fior a long time.
What is clear is that we have chosen managers who want to make these players do things that don't work for them.
We also need a proper fu cking DIRECTION from those useless c unts running the club. We currently have none. Daring to do what exactly? Play players in shapes and positions they might be able to perform better in? Apparently not.

Yes. The irony of tonight is we have actually shown a half-decent fist of it, and on another night we might well have made this a tough time for them.
Imagine if he'd got the selection right at the start. Imagine if he'd played a back four?

WHEN will we actually start making decisions which fit who we currently are and not this tossy spreadsheet data-driven model of what some 'people' want us to be?

And with 9 games and 27 points to play for -with all banter at levels anyway- IDGAF, make whatever moves that can get us a team of figures who can instill simplicity and confidence in this squad, whoever is available.

BTW mate, this is a general post using your point as a 'reply spot' and thus general, not personal in any way.
