Fair enough. I only get to a handful of games a season these days but was a season ticket holder for years at the old White Hart Lane and it was always a good atmosphere there which I believe helps the team no matter what.

But understable that's many have lost their patience this season.

Maybe I thought there'd.be a slightly.more celebratory atmosphere tonight after Thursday. 'Spurs are on their way to Bilbao' chants etc.

As I keep saying, the defenders and defending system focus is always the "line" not the "marker". You see it over and over again. If Ange just let the players do what comes naturally they would defend properly. He doesn't.

You don't see Forest obsessing about the line. They obsess about defending. They mark men, they win headers and tackles and they clear their lines.

It's the most fundamental flaw in Ange's system.

Because they've watched utter bilge all season at the highest prices in the country and the board and management have just let it continue like they don't give a t*** so why should we bother?

He was at the heart of that one. If he had got behind Nuno and adopted his tactics, like he did with Jose and Conte, things could have panned out differently. I could have throttled him at WHL in the infamous Utd game before the sacking.

Your standards are low. We've had one decent chance (The Richy one). Tel's was a snapshot on his weak foot at a crap angle. Beyond that we haven't actually opened them up. The wide guys are playing well individually but this is how Nottingham Forest play. They aren't a possessional dominant team and have no interest in being so, so having lots of the ball against them means Diddy squat if you're not actually playing incisively and we are not.

They have had more chances than us, so we are not playing well at all
