Any suggestion for a VPN I can use at work on my Ipad to get round the no streaming rules they have in place
 
I've used Unblock Us for a few things, has been pretty reliable, pretty sure there is a free trial period to.
 
I use IPVanish, it has an IOS app and the performance is pretty decent, it also allows you to obfuscate VPN traffic so its harder for a work firewall to notice
 
IPVanish is about £50 a year with a coupon, but you can try them all for free to see which one suits you best.

Speed wise, bigger is normally better, I get minimum lag 50mbps with VPN on vs 80mbps without

So my IPTV app which doesnt work at work, how would a VPN make it work ?

Makes it appear like you’re ‘dialling’ out from a different location, rather than work.

(That’s assuming your work network security will allow the vpn to tunnel through anyway of course!)
 
Any decent IT system will have been locked down so you can't make changes or run anything over the network that isn't authorised.

Have you tried connecting the Ipad to your phone and streaming over your phones mobile data (if you have enough)
