I believe there is a neuropsychological and physiological advantages of serving others, adding that layer or purpose and wisdom that some crave, I just don't believe in the fantasy of it all.

I think then even when you are serving someone else its with a route to serve ones own self worth and understanding of the planet and the why.

That's the right answer in my view. There are no selfless act. But if the self is a nihilistic sociopathic narcissist then others suffer. And it seems these types tend to gain the most power in this world.
 
I know people laugh at this and kind of brushes it off as humor, but I genuinely believe good ol Bill is on to something, to say the least.

We're all pre-determined beings anyway, so not sure we can really change much. Just sit back and enjoy the ride if you manage to (or are so inclined).

We've built hierarchies and systems to support them for years and years. It's in the very fabric of a hierarchy that the most callous motherfudger will climb to its very top and stay there for as long as possible until some other psycho climber comes along. Hierarchies are designed to support the absolute scum amongst us. No wonder they rule the world and the world looking like absolute donkey turd.
