Halfway through the season and we're in 5th. Time to start dreaming again.
Emirates Marketing Project are going to win the league without breaking a sweat (or a striker). How thrilling it must be to be a fan of them.
Liverpool will lose players to the ACON, but it looks like they'll be allowed to keep for their meeting with Chelsea early in the new year.
Chelsea have been stumbling lately and a loss against Liverpool would pretty much kill their title hopes. It could also open up a fight for third place for anyone finding form now.
We're 6 points behind Arsenal with three games in hand, but as fate would have it we're due to play them soon and could possibly go into that match on equal points. Their match against Wolves has been postponed and the only chance they have to add to their tally before facing us is when they host Emirates Marketing Project on New Year's Day. We on the other hand have away games against Southampton and Watford. While I'm more than happy to take any sort of wins, there's an opportunity there to even out their GD advantage. With a little assistance from Emirates Marketing Project of course.
Behind us Man United are lurking. Just two points off and with the same number of games in hand. Looks like they changed their manager just in time.
West Ham have, as expected, started to drop off a little and beyond them there isn't anyone likely to be challenging for more than 6th/7th place.
