Yep and she went to prison, that was not the purpose of my post. It was that the Ukrainians in the article avoided prison because they 'were decent people' so the broke the law a criminal offence.

People breaking the law criminals, should go to prison. I thought you had children. Do you not want your children to be safe and in a couple try where people can not get away with criminal acts just because a judge deems them 'decent'.

All 3 of them received prison sentences but only the woman’s was suspended for 2 years.
Whether or not it was right for it to be suspended is a fair question but she did receive a prison sentence.
