Is there someone myself and the Mrs can rent short term?

I am in between jobs and her landlord wants to evict her from where she is renting. I own a house and live with my bro currently.

We have been looking for a house to buy since March but nothing has come up or we have been outbid.

I have looked into short term rent options but the rental is very high. 6 months seems to be the minimum term for normal rented accommodation.

Estate agents also want to charge you stupid fees just for renting with them.
 
haha Hatfield as its near her work. Or even Welwyn Garden City. Never rented before and hate the idea of it but needs must.
