Season ticket refunds

Did anybody on here request a refund? The email I was sent said:

"We shall contact you by Friday 12 June to confirm that your refund will be available for withdrawal and to re-confirm the Account Cashback window dates."

But I've not heard anything yet.... has anybody heard from them?

Seat moves won't be until after the ST renewal period. And that hasn't even opened yet and I don't suppose it will until they know how things are looking for next season.

I'm renewing so didn't ask for a refund.

Although I think I probably should have given that there is unlikely to be crowds at football for several months yet.

What's your best guess for the start of the 2020-2021 season? Very unlikely before October I reckon. And even then it won't be full capacity. Will have to give the lucky (unlucky?) few tickets based on LPs.

You should be fine! I might struggle!

I honestly think January at the earliest and as you say it won't be full capacity
