Lloris 7 - might have done better for Gibbs' goal but did manage a couple of good stops at critical moments to redeem himself

Walker 7 - excellent game overall
Alderweireld 8 - rock solid at the back, might have scored with a better-directed header second half
Vertonghen 7 - found the petulent Giroud a handful in more ways than one but coped well overall
Rose 7 - gem of a through-ball for Kane's goal, robust as always at the back, crosses were mostly weak though

Alli 8 - outstanding for 70 minutes, one of the main reasons we bossed the midfield and threatened going forward. To think many on here wanted him rested for this game
Dier 7 - decent in front of defence once again

Lamela 8 - another excellent pressing game but lacks verve once through on goal
Dembele 9 MotM - other than one hairy moment quite simply a powerhouse in midfield until closing stages. When he's in this kind of mood it's like watching Superman
Eriksen 6 - looked weak on the ball at times but still managed some quality through-balls

Kane 8 - excellent hold-up play capped off with a well-taken goal

Subs

Son 5 - struggled to get in the game
Mason 6 - workhorse
Onomah n/a - game-time in the NLD, well done Poch

Poch 9 - for getting a performance like that out of them after only two days rest, wow. Got his substitutions bang on too, Lamela was heading for a red.
 
Lloris 6 - Should have saved the goal, redeemed himself with some good saves.

Walker 7 - Solid
Alderweireld 7 - Assured performance
Vertonghen 7 - Rarely troubled except from set pieces.
Rose 7 - Good going forward and defensively.

Dembele 8 - Powerful and strong, dominated midfield with Alli and Dier.
Dier 8 - As per the above. Loved it when he squared up to Giroud at the end.
Alli 9 - What a confident display from him at 19? In his first NLD also. MOM.
Lamela 7 - Worked hard, end product improving, good move by Poch to haul him off as he was walking a tight rope.
Eriksen 8 - Constantly creating chances this season rather than sporadically.

Kane 8 - Took his goal well, lead the line as you would expect, had Koscielney in his pocket for large portions.

Poch 8 - He really has done a very good job since he took over, not had much to spend and we look hard to beat and work even harder.
 
Lloris 7 - Should have saved the goal imo and nearly caused other goals being unusually indecisive coming from his line but some good stops too.

Walker 8 - not a fan generally but a very good game and worked very well with Lamela. Unlucky with the goal.
Alderweireld 8 - Superb defensively all game and a threat in their box too, fantastic signing.
Vertonghen 7 - Solid and unspectacular, did all that was asked generally.
Rose 7 - lovely ball into Kane for the goal, did the basics first of all and did them well.

Alli 9 - Joint MotM with Dembele, absolutely superb performance in the heart of the midfield
Dier 8 - decent in front of defence once again

Lamela 8 - another excellent pressing game but needs to release the ball with more conviction and earlier when countering.
Dembele 9 - Joint MotM with Alli - Unplayable. Absolutely ran the game and not one Arsenal player could get the ball off him. Passed at the right time and carried at the right time.
Eriksen 7 - The one player who is easily brushed off the ball, needs to be more aware when on the ball that he doesn't have time on the edge of the box and to trust his quality and let fly with a few shots. Unlucky not to score from the angle.

Kane 8 - Led the line well, occupied the entire back four not just the 2 CBs and a cool finish. Should have had a second but snatched at the chance.

Subs

Son 6 - Tempo was too much for him coming on so late and after so long out.
Mason 6 - did what he had to do
Onomah n/a

Poch 9 - Great management across this week and reaping the rewards. Two more league wins will surely see him win Manager of the Month again and deservedly so.

Disagree with 7 for Lloris, my Mum could have saved their goal, made some good saves though.

Also think 6 for Eriksen is harsh, 7 at worst.

So hard on Eriksen who worked his socks off today. His work rate was phenomenal
 
Lloris - 7. Yeah, i think he could have done a bit better for their goal, think he'll be disappointed. Couple of good saves otherwise and some good under pressure punches. Kicking was good.
Walker - 7. Ever so slight lapse for their goal, although it was a good ball by Bug Eyes. Otherwise Walker was excellent all match, didn't put a foot wrong defensively, supported the attack really well. Powerful as f**k.
Vertonghen - 7.5. not sure why he's getting involved with Giroud, although Giroud was the bigger c**t. Otherwise solid as hell.
Toby - 8. Excellent. Seems like a leader.
Rose - 7.5. Really good.

Dier - 8. nothing got past him or beat him, Scum's powder puff midfield just bounced off him. Love his use of the ball too.
Ali - 8.5. Ran circles around the Scum's midfied, no wonder Cazorla got dizzy chasing after him. Impudent confidence for a young fu**king kid, matched by the ability to boot. A star in the making.

Dembele - 9. Must have hit the pure beast mode button pre-match (again). Ran circles around the Scum's midfield, out-fought them, out-passed them, waltzed past players with ease, kept the ball moving neatly and won every 50-50 and most of the 60-40s. A big game player.
Eriksen - 7.5.. I thought he had a good game, bit puzzled by the occasional poor mark, used the ball intelligently as always, linked up cleverly with Kane, he was a threat, and he worked really hard. J
Lamela - 8. He's a fighter is our Erik. Thought his battle and effort really took the game to the Scum, and beat them down. Used the ball nicely, good touches and good movement.

Kane - 8. Class. Just class. One chance, bang, goal. Composed finish reminiscent of the Gooner in the sky sports studio. Great link up play which improved as game went on and great movement. Could have had one or two more.

Yep he did. But I just wanted a bit more from him in terms of creativity. He just seemed a little slow with releasing passes and tended to look for the safe option. But hey, that's just my opinion :)

And to be fair, 6 isn't a bad mark. It's 'average'.

Sorry but if you are blaming walker for the goal, you need to watch more football. He did what a good full back does and got on the cover as OG was the biggest threat. Even if you listen to commentary, Neville, who is best right back the prem has seen, says he can see why walker wasn't there and can not blame him. (plus he has a coaching badge which none of us do, a PRO license)

We got overloaded and our keeper didn't bail us out. No blame attached. If anything question why the cross got into our box.

The reason Ozil got the room was because Son tracked the full-back instead of staying tight on Ozil. Both Rose & Son ended up covering Flamini (iirc) which left Ozil with space to measure a cross. Wouldn't have happened if Lamela was still on the pitch. Given Lamela was on a yellow though you could see why the change was made. Unlucky all round unfortunately.

He should have tucked in and called Lamela (or whoever the right sided player at the time was) in to look after Gibbs. You could blame him for that if he didn't make the call or you could blame the right sided player for not doing it/knowing to do it.

But in the situation he was in (stuck between Giroud and Gibbs) he did the right thing by covering Giroud. Was unlucky that Ozil put such a good ball in.

Like most goals there were a number of failures. But Walker shouldn't take much blame IMO.
 
Loris - 6 - some good saves, but didn't command his box like he usually does and should have saved the goal
Walker - 8 - amazing performance, seems to not be as brain farty, this more mature Walker is great, defensively solid, still a threat in attack
Toby - 7 - A few wobbles but generally solid
Jan - 7.5 - Solid
Rose - 7 - For the assist. His general attacking play is pretty bad though, defensively okay.
Dier - 7.5 - Has become indispensable
Dembele - 8 - gave the ball away a few times, but generally he destroyed their midfield. Leaner, fitter, more consistent. A new singing!
Alli - 8 - Thought he's had a few average games lately, but today he was incredible. Both defensively and in attack. The epitome of box to box, but also a great defending from the front attacking midfielder.
Lamela - 8. Seemed to go a bit psycho towards the end, but I absolutely love him. Fantastic in almost every way, no one works as hard as him, or closes down as well. A little sloppy in the tackle at times, but who cares. He's not the player we thought www were buying, but I love what we got.
Eriksen - 7.5 - could've scored, should've got an assist. Great hard working display (which he has been criticised for).
Kane - 8 - great finish, should've had 2; incredible hold up play

Actually, maybe Alli, Dembele and Kane deserved 9's
