As a last resort, I sometimes listen to the BBC Radio London commentary over here in Israel.

Do you always get live TV Premiership coverage of every spurs game?
Yup - 90-5% of all games including at least 6-8 live PL games every weekend, depending on the spread

No, not every Spurs game - hence the use of the BBC's Radio London.
But more often than not we do get the matches live.
I don't live in Israel, mate
Down here in SA they always televise Arsenal, Chelsea, Utd, City (lately) or Liverpool's games and last few seasons - us as well. The rest fill up the spots so depending on weekend spread (Saturday lunch kick-off to let's say Monday night) we'd get a good 8 of the 10 games live
This past weekend we had all 4 live on Sunday including another 4 (I think) on Saturday
