I was just thinking that even if we lose both games against the Mancs we are still +1 compared to last season same teams.
#A PALACE 1-0 QPR 0-0 2
H SWANSEA 1-0 1-0 2
A ARSENAL 0-1 2-5 2
H NORWICH 2-0 2-2 4
A CARDIFF 1-0 Wigan 2-2 6
H CHELSEA 1-1 2-4 7
H WEST HAM 0-3 3-1 4
A ASTON VILLA 2-0 4-0 4
H HULL 1-0 Reading 3-1 4
A EVERTON 0-0 1-2 5
H Saudi Sportswashing Machine 0-1 2-1 +2
A Emirates Marketing Project 1-2
H MAN UTD 1-1

We lost to City today like last year. We are +2 for same teams.

AVB needs to start learning himself up. We have a good opp next game against United. We are still only 4 points off second place.

Unfortunately we are only 5pts from the bottom half of the table as well, with 3 of the next 5 away plus the 2 home games being against United and Liverpool.
The table might make grim reading on Christmas Day if we dont pull our sh#t together

Defoe and Soldado have scored 1 league goal each from open play in 2013. Take away Bale's wonder goals that allowed us to win by one goal and three iffy penalty decisions this season and where would be.....level with West Brom and not in Europe. That's as it is...

We are light years behind Wenger's lot. We have no real system, no settled team, no leader on the pitch and have scored 9 goals in 12 games.

Seeing a table in that form is far better than the standard format, you really get a feeling for the gaps in points. Massive gap between us and 10th.
Anything but an Arsenl win tomorrow and its 2pts seperating the Top 5. Going to be an interesting title race

ManU have Norwich and Hull away before our visit. Already expecting them to bag a late, spawny winner to move above us.

One point gained on Everton and Liverpool at least.

Looks like City, Chelsea, Arsenal top 3.

Liverpool have Chelsea away next.

Who knows, but I think after today it is all over in the EPL so let's see if we have any good players at the club apart from the obvious and get rid of the journeymen.

Afraid to say I agree. I don't think we are anywhere near good enough to catch Chelsea City or arsenal, and I can't see us winning the battle with united, Liverpool and everton for 4th. Shame as on paper it's the best squad we've had for many many years. But games aren't won on paper.

League was never on, so I couldnt care less if we are out of that race.

Top 4 a possibility? We'll need a pretty strong second half showing this season to do so, but it's more realistic.
