The team I'd like to see:

Gazzaniga
Aurier...Sanchez...Vertonghen...Davies
Sissoko...Ndombele
Lamela...Lo Celso...Son
Kane

The team I think P45hettino will pick:

Gazzaniga
Foyth...Alderweireld...Vertonghen...Davies
Winks...Ndombele
Son...Eriksen...Dele
Kane
I've already changed my avatar.

Harsh nickname for Poch....i do think this really is a do or die game...for both managers..lose this and that's 3 league wins in 11 and no away wins since January.
Will be VERY difficult for even the biggest Poch backers to excuse him on this..

Here's hoping for a win...but sadly, i'm expectng the worst..

Gazzaniga

Pochettino is going nowhere in the short term as he survived the last international break, my guess he will be here till the summer.
His team did OK yesterday and that will help him.
We need to get rid of the deadwood in the squad as a matter of urgency.

I'd definitely drop Alli; he was a passenger as predicted. What has he done exactly to earn his place, whilst the likes of Moura kick their heels?

Exactly, I'd opt for Lucas or Lo Celso in the Dele position.

The rest is the side @StephenH picked

Remember Lamela will not be fit. So I'm sticking with Dele. Dele needs to be further forward and above all 'playing'.

What is GLC like? Because I've not got a scooby. He spent most/all of his pitch time lying down with a trainer in attendance.

I want to see

...............,,,.Gazza

KWP.......Sanchez........Vertonghen.......Davies

..............,,Ndombele.......Sissoko

......,Lamela..........Alli...................Son

.....................,,Kane

I am not a big fan of Sissoko but right now he is fit and is the best option for the holding role, Winks is out of form and is just not a holding player period he needs to be competing with Ndombele. I would still start Alli as he showed enough for me in a advanced role against Red Star to warrant the start, if Lamela can’t play start Moura/Lo Celso on the right.

This will be another game whereby we will have to face a lot of physical effort from a team that will be 'up for it'..i always used to get used to us slowly drawing out he team from such teams and quieting their home crowds...but now...well, Burnley, Soton, Bournemouth, Leicester, Brighton...

Why will this be any different to those other results?

Alli played very well against RSB in the hole behind Kane.

Play him there, and I suspect he will be much improved. Stick him in a CM3 and have him defend the whole game then he wont exactly shine will he?

Same side as last year, no Lloris or Trippier so Gazzaniga and Aurier/Foyth/Dier come in. We will win.

Poch is too stubborn to do the sensible thing. He will pick some insane group of players and hope for a different outcome.

I don't want to see Dumb and Dumber (Aurier and Rose) again. Nor Eriksen of course, that guy has dropped from hero to zero to enemy of Tottenham.

I would love to see Ndombele and LoCelso doing cool things... then with the firepower of Son, Kane and Alli... surely we can set up in some sort of formation where we are actually a potent team.

Poch will play the players he trusts as usual
The media can come up with whatever about the evil 4 that want out but Poch wont start players until he trusts them

Gazzanigga
Aurier Alderweireld Vertonghen Rose
Sissoko Winks
Eriksen Dele Son
Kane

Plenty of time for the most important people to eat dinner and walk the dog before settling down to watch.

That ship sailed years ago, use to love my Sundays, walk over the park with dog and watch a load of blokes chasing a ball about before a couple of pints in the local followed by roast dinner and a nice kip on the sofa. My Mum must be spinning in her grave at the thought of my family eating take-aways on a Sunday.

This team for me as well although feel that Poch is more likely to go with Foyth if Aurier is dropped. Probably too early to start Lo Celso for this difficult away game but will be disappointed if he doesn't start in the home game against Sheffield United on the following Saturday.

With Rose suspended, would also be good to see Sessegnon on the bench.
