Yeah, I'm with Lamela's Public Relations team. Previously I was also with PR teams of the likes of Ghaly and Pavly as well, you know, the players in the "contributes a lot but not fully appreciated" category ! Mind you, I even created video clips of Ghaly some 8 years ago :



Still don't know how I spend so much time to do those videos though !:p

I liked Ghaly a lot! One player that I wish - things had gone better for. That said - I could see some major fumbles and misses by some key players .. Guess one shouldnt be too harsh on Kane.

Ghaly was hugely talented and was our best crosser of the ball that season as shown in the clips above. He created so many goal scoring chances with his crosses. As far as I know, he is the only Spurs player to have played with pain and injury as he continued playing even after getting 4 or 5 of his teeth kicked out against Portsmouth. He could have become a Spurs legend had he played more than 1 season for us. But unfortunately, all his hardwork and sacrifice for Spurs were tainted due to his moment of madness when he throw away his shirt after being replaced.

You have some strange idols. Lamela, Ghaly. Any burning love for David Kerslake or Andy Sinton that you want to get off your chest?
 
I always liked Sinton

remember when you are a kid in the park, playing headers and volleys with your mates, you'd be positioning to shoot, and as you make contact you scream the name of a real player, "Klinsmann!", "Lineker!", "Chivers!", now for some reason, I had a little patch of "Sinton!"

he must have scored a screamer at some point i've since forgotten

whilst I'm here I might as well admit to having a shirt with Iversen on the back at one point as well

I'm with you on Sinton. Always fancied myself as a right footer playing on the left.
 
Iversen was amazing for a season and I always wanted him to recapture that form as I loved him. Didn't he get shunted to right back for some games also?
