Johan Lange - Sporting Director

Every report I have read said similar to the following which I lifted from Goal.Com and is reported on other sites, it was after Fabio appealed against a complete ban and FIFA partially lifted it, I don't think he was officially allowed to talk to agents what he did in secret is another matter.

The conditions of Paratici's reduced ban mean that he will not be able to enter changing rooms during matches, will not be allowed to negotiate contracts with players or agents and cannot participate in league meetings. He can, however, perform administrative tasks and attend training sessions.

I think there's a lot of leeway/grey areas around what constitutes 'negotiating contracts'

If it wasn't amicable i doubt they'd be here. They agreed to whatever arrangements were negotiated.

How long it lasts, we'll see.

But they have both been working for spurs for the last couple of years. Ban or no ban.

Nah, wasn't talking about them.

We had a chief football officer with the clear comms that went with it. Munn according to those comms had the oversight role for mens, womens and academy football. He had functions like recruitment and medical. He basically had everything that was non-commercial in the way THFC built their structure. Then he leaves and there's been no comms from the club about it.

If I was suspicious, I would say that might be the place to look for clues of discontent and lawyers. Obviously, Levy himself might be the other but he wasn't exactly an employee in the traditional sense. He's a co-owner.

Is Lange at the root of our dire performances now? £373m spent to date and their impact so far (to me)

Ready for EPL first eleven (£195.4m/52%)
£55m M Kudus - great
£18.4m Kevin Danso - great
£65m Dominic Solanke - good
£50m Xavi Simons - uncertain
£7m (Loan) Joa Palhinha -good

Ready for EPL bench (£165.4m/44%)
£40m Archie Gray - good
£28m Radu Dragusin - good (from Juventus - probably Paratici's)
£12.5m Antonín Kinský - good
£28.4m Wilson Odobert - uncertain (bad for the price)
£38.5m Mathys Tel - uncertain
£12m Lucas Bergvall - good (great for the price)
£6m (Loan) Kolo Muani - uncertain

Not ready for EPL (£11.3m/3%)

£5.5m (Loan Pending) Kota Takai
£3.3m (Loaned) Yang Min Hyeok
£2.5m (Loaned) Ashley Phillips

Injuries complicate and forces TF to start inexperienced players, but it feels like after losing quality in Kane and Son, and too little has been put into established quality and too much into speculative youth.

Compare that to Paratici's immediate impact with £305m

Ready for EPL first eleven £270m (88%)
£60m Richarlison - good
£42m Romero - great
£39.7m Porro - great
£30m Kulusevski- great
£27m Royal - good
£25m Bissouma - great
£15.8m Bentancur - great
£15m Udogie - great
£15m Sarr - great

Ready for EPL bench £37m (12%)
Gil £25m - bad
Spence £12m - great
Forster - Free - good
Perisic - Free - great
Lenglet - Loan - uncertain
Danjuma - Loan - uncertain
Gollini - Loan - not used
Werner Loan - LOL

The shift towards speculating on youth was a huge shift and probably a reason why we got Lange. This was under Levy's watch so it is likely his responsibility too.

If I were the owners now I'd ask Lange to start accounting for the value of the players he's bought in and give Paratici 100% of the next two transfer windows (how we got udogie and sarr).

Villa certainly don’t seem to be missing him…

Was waiting for this to happen, Levy gone so who else can we blame now?

Go and look at the first few pages of the threads for most of these signings and i bet the vast majority were really pleased with the signings.

This fan base really is a joke.

Only some are a joke. TF has only been here months & some want blood it seems unless it's Poch some won't be happy.

this how you fix things in real life
madness is doing the same thing and hoping for change

i am not for blaming grey, bergvall, tel and odobert for our dire performances

So we are pitching one against the other (such is life).

Am I the only one that likes quite a few of those players each of them have signed.

Certainly better looking list than in previous times?
