IT Help???

I keep getting pop ups that I can see come from CoupExtensIon which is an extension in my chrome. I have run virus scans and also removed/deleted the extension but it keeps returning.

Any help on how to rid forever??

I'm not an IT person, I can't get you a discount on a laptop and I can't fix that text flowing problem you have with tables in word. It probably is a virus that you got from bit torrent because the free AV that came on your computer expired 2 years ago, but i'm not sure, because i'm not in IT.

Malware scan and removal. Malware Bytes or another may find things the virus scan doesn't.

assuming you've deleted it from chrome://extensions. then it's malware and you'll want to follow this...
