Apologies if I have put this in the wrong place but after trying to get Spurs customer service to reply to a tweet/email/carrier pigeon in the last month with no luck I was hoping one of you guys could help me....

Does anyone have the code to access the 2 free international deliveries from Spurs shop you get with the membership? I have logged in with my membership but keeps trying to charge me delivery. I vaguely remember from last year a code I had to put in. Anyone got an idea what this years code is?

I don't have one and am a member so I will be curious as well if this is true? That annoys me because I spent over $200 on gifts from the club shop just a few weeks ago and got nailed with a huge shipping charge
 
All I could find was that by renewing you got a 10£ voucher:

Renew your One Hotspur membership and secure priority place for the 2014/2015 Season. Plus receive a special £10 gift voucher in your welcome pack to spend in Spurs shops and online redeemable when you spend £50 on merchandise*

Yeah I got that as well. I have an e-mail in to the club as well to see if they do have a special on shipping for members but I don't recall one but will post her when I get a response.
 
Customer Service has finally gotten back to me. They have confirmed the offer however say it should just come up as an option which it doesn't! Have emailed back to find out what I am doing wrong as all previous years I have needed to input a code.

It is a little buried, but for me there was a box you could click to use one of your two uses. If I recall, it was either on, or right before you complete your payment info. For what it's worth, I had trouble with it last year, and just went ahead and paid shipping; they refunded the cost for me.

No luck... Not sure what I am doing wrong. I am logged in but still only option I can find is to pay for postage.
