Never forget this night, MA had been flattened by Jordon and carried off. Hoddle went in goal and we entered the last couple of minutes in extra time. Ossie was the guy who won the game for us but Hoddle spent a hour in goal and was not beaten. I stayed over night in M/C ( at family) and actually drove to the Hospital ( Withington) the next day where a few players were visiting MA and i spoke to KB and got a couple of players to sign the program.
