FIFA 13 XBOX online issues

For the past few months, I've been unable to access Xbox live with FIFA 13. I load the game and it wants me to enter my account details, and so I do, and then I get an error code which either tells me that, my details are wrong, or there's an error code...

Anyone know what to do to get online with the game? Want to update the squads etc and play online.

Can you log in normally?

As in with other games? Or offline?

At the beginning of Fifa13 it asks you to log into the EA servers, you need an EA account to do this. Are you sure that this is not what is happening?

I have an EA Account, maybe my details for that are different to the details for my Xbox Live, is that what you're thinking?

I do have an EA Account though.
