Exactly this.
PR doesn't have to be exploitative - it can be what it actually is... Public Relations.
This is great recognition for the kid.
Great motivation for the ball boys.
A great opportunity for the fans to see Mourinho building a team that stretches beyond the staff.

When he first came in he spoke of building on Poch. Part of that is the club culture. This is a good part of the warm togetherness culture - we win by using all parts of the club, from the players to the kit man, to the ball boy, to the fans.
I think this will be essential for Levy - it has been 20 years in the making, he won't let anyone destroy it.

Oh definitely....but I believe it started organically. ie he did a smart move getting the ball back in play super quick off his own back...it paid off massively....in that moment..Jose thought 'smart kid', gave him the due credit and it's snowballed from there.
