Balls of steel...

Was reading about how he had to overcome his claustrophobia since he's going to be encapsulated in a very tight spot as he's ballooned up for a few hours. Really wonder what it's like to break the sound barrier while not in a vessel, but a specialized space-suit.

My lord this is bloody tense i thought he bottled it there for a second,

(err not sure bottled is the right term)

That was mental

Might help silence the moon landing conspiracy theorists

Was an incredibly detailed video

Imagine what you could do with a rocket and trained astronauts :)

Epic. My heart was pounding when he stepped into the ledge.

He had a spin for a while there but controlled it. Unbelievable gonads on the lad.

How significant do you guys think this jump is? It certainly seemed as though we were watching something extraordinary/history in the making.

Or is it just a big fall by a bloke with big bollox.

Well I saw an interview with one of the Stratos project directors and they reckon the project is paving the way for space suit development and possibly preventing things like The Challenger disaster.
