9/11 was a very very sad event...but was it any sadder than dozens of tragedies (due to conflicts/war, accidents or otherwise) that occur across the globe all the time?
Are we just more 'prone' to shed more tears about 9/11 because CNN/BBC/NBC etc show it more?
Are American lives worth more tears than Albanians, Syrians, Russians, Ukrainians, Malaysians, Chinese, Japanese, Indians etc etc etc?
These people are just some who have all faced tragedy on large scales due to disaster, war, conflicts etc over the last 13-15 years or so.
9/11 was indeed sad, but we need to move on, like many others have. Sadly 9/11 type tragedy is a way of life in some places around the world. Daily

Respect to those who literally just dropped everything and went to help as well. Heroes, all of them.
Reading that Cracked article, I didn't even know that so many of the first responders have since got ill/died due to what they were exposed to. Very very sad.
