As expected, going to Hong Kong to open the new stadium there. Awful that it's against arsenal.

We are pleased to announce a men’s first-team fixture against Arsenal in Hong Kong as part of our summer pre-season tour.

The fixture will take place on Thursday 31 July, 2025, at the 50,000-seater Kai Tak Stadium, which opened in March 2025 as the city’s newest iconic sports & entertainment venue.

It is the first time we have played a north London derby outside of the United Kingdom, with the match forming part of the Hong Kong Football Festival 2025 (HKFF).

Members of the local Tottenham Hotspur Official Supporters’ Clubs will receive an exclusive link to access tickets for the match.

An Open Training session will take place on Tuesday 29 July ahead of the match with ticketing details to follow in due course.

As is Club tradition, players and staff will be engaging with our fans, supporting good causes, and celebrating local culture throughout our time in Hong Kong.

We will also be activating with AIA, the Club’s Global Principal Partner, on the tour as part of its mission to deepen engagement with AIA communities across Asia and promote health and well-being.

Alongside this, the Club’s Global Football Development coaches will deliver our renowned technical programme for local young players and coach education workshops, showcasing the authentic training methods developed within the Club’s Academy, helping young players to reach their full potential.

Ryan Norys, Chief Revenue Officer, Tottenham Hotspur, said: “There are few bigger occasions in English football than a north London derby and to play this fixture in Hong Kong will be a huge occasion for our passionate fanbase across Asia, as well as providing ideal preparation for the team ahead of the new season.

“As is tour tradition, the Club will be involved in so much more than the match itself when we visit, supporting charitable causes, celebrating local culture, delivering football clinics for young people and engaging with fans and partners. We cannot wait to visit such a beautiful place once again.”

Details regarding additional locations on our summer pre-season tour will be announced in due course, along with information about how fans can watch matches and tour content.

Well looks like the net zero stuff has been dumped then.

Because we are going on tour?

Christ you're sharp(ish)

You understand going on tour is part of being a football club?

And there is not a single club in the world that isn't going to tour because of net zero objectives? i.e. don't hold the club to standards no one else in the world is even close to .. and before you go there, the stadium, training ground, even things like water usage at the club is leagues ahead of most clubs in world football already
