It's not that simple, what if defenders does sliding tackle with arm outstretched for balance and ball hits it, we've all seen penalties given for that just depends on who's playing and who the ref is.

I always knew what was in Ruel Fox's head, a little mouse band playing ragtime music.

    The Goon Thread

It's a cultural thing at Woolwich, look at how many of their players go on social media to have a dig at us, they need something to get the walking dead who follow them interested in them.

I don't think you can say DeZebri did not really trust academy, he had a few games to save the club from relegation not the same amount of time as the others and he rightly went for the most experienced players he had in that situation.

No he didn't, if you play not to lose and lose you've failed ingloriously.

I don't see how a 19 year old playing in the biggest game he's played in stepping up to take his first senior penalty is a coward. I like to believe all the players were giving their all it just didn't happen for them on the night.

    Rashford and Fosu-Mensah

Couldn't remember him looked him up 72 games in 11 years for 4 clubs and not played for 2 years, not surprised he's a free agent.

Oh that's alright then, just a handful having a go at a 19 year old kid who missed his first senior penalty. Few of us know what it's like to be seen as an outsider in their own country due to the colour of our skin.

I thought a lot of the stick was racist, remember when we played a preseason game against them and our fans showed their class by applauding him when he came on as a sub.

    Vinai Venkatesham - CEO

He's too smart, he implied the players weren't up to it. You obviously love the guy, his football was not working here, that's not his fault the club picked the wrong man, he was nailed to his system which is based on counter attacking and pressing and he couldn't get the players to get it, a...

A manager should tell players if they are underperforming of not following instructions on the training ground or dressing room not in public. They're supposed to be working together and it hardly builds trust if you tell the world they aren't very good and implying it's not his fault. You...

    Vinai Venkatesham - CEO

I don't but then I never watch press conferences and don't expect to get any useful information. Managers job is to get the best out of what he's got, not cry about the players if he doesn't like it he should walk. If I want to follow a team that wins titles I'd change my "loyalty" (redundant...

So you're happy with a manager telling everyone it's not his fault the players aren't very good and the customer shouldn't expect much. That's not what Steve Jobs did. I'm not sure as there's so many half truths, b******* and lies about interviews but I think he was supposed to have said he can...

Press conferences are a pr event and as such should focus on positives, no company would allow their front man to stand up in public and speak as he did and it did nothing for the players self confidence.
