    Cristian Romero

People are upset about the fees for the two players today, but they are out the door and done. Maybe we could have got a bit more, but as with incomings, its worth taking a hit and just getting it done

    Djed Spence

Think it was just acting quickly and working with RDZ/The player Both parties wanted a separation and was agreed early

Anyway. Best of luck to him. Excellent opportunity for him.

Think we will see how Porro / Gray go first

    Djed Spence

https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/djed-spence/leistungsdatendetails/spieler/483348/pos/5 He's only played 12 games at right back for Spurs in the PL So the right back argument seems overcooked.

    (Brennan) Johnson Again Olé Olé!

The clip is nowhere near as bad has that out of context tweet says.

He's not miles better, he's different to Udogie Udogie offers a lot more going forward Spence is probably a better defender

Assuming it's the club and not the player that's pushed the move. Player may not have wanted to hang around and be 3rd choice. He's 21, he wants to play every week I imagine.

Google tells me he's in 40k a week still, I would think he would want that doubled

    Djed Spence

Another thing to consider is if he does stay he will be expecting a bumper pay rise, will the club really want to do that for a back up player?

    Djed Spence

If you are not 100% in, RDZ wont want you around. This is not a dig a Spence, as he will want 1st team football, something he is not guaranteed at Spurs

JPVH played there for Brighton under RDZ a few times, would be 3rd choice on that list.

Also IF fit Udogie is better suited to RDZ

I think this is an area the club would put on the back burner even if Spence is sold. We will be left with 3 Left backs plus VDV/Davies On the right we would have Porro/Gray/JPVH Plus anyone from the youth.

Would have kept him till Jan as back up in an area we are already thin in. Must be confident of getting someone in very soon

So Yang on loan leaves Tell and Richi as fit forward options

    (Brennan) Johnson Again Olé Olé!

Bowen/Antonio did very well for him Have you seen some of the crap he's been given ? I think Johnson needs a manager like Moyes who will be tough on him, think he needs some tough love.

    (Brennan) Johnson Again Olé Olé!

Us getting 35 million for Johnson was a war crime. Paying 50 million for him was offset by the goal in the final, but still.
