I thought he was just starting to look really good then wallop! Need Kudus back asap then we'll carry more of an attacking threat, Bergvall too as although he does lose the ball at least he tries to take the game to the opposition which is something we aren't doing at the moment.

    FA Cup 25/26

Parkinson has done an excellent job there. On a side note Alex Neill at Millwall as well, they could be in the Premiership next season.

If there's no sign of improvement on Tuesday in how we're set up, how we compete and how we defend and attack as a team then he has to go simple as. Now is not the time for experimenting with formations and messing with the players' minds. We still have 9 league games, plenty of points to play...

The *WHEN* we go down thread

Like it so much go and support them. Hate all this talk it's doing my head in, can't believe as a grown man what this club has reduced me to.

Another reason why I found Tudor's appointment odd. Has played 3-4-1-2/3-4-3/3-4-2-1 for almost the entirety of his managerial career, formations none of our players are familiar with. Madness.

    Interim manager thread 2.0

I mean more of an advisor role with someone else like Sherwood. The players need a lift out of the defeatist rut they are in and be given jobs to do on the pitch they are comfortable with and gain confidence from.

    Interim manager thread 2.0

It does. Should've been someone with a club connection like Redknapp. Getting on in years but knows his football, would use the youth if need be and would put a smile back on the players and fans faces. Would keep it simple, play players in their favoured position as they've shown little...

    OMT Badgers vs Eagles

Can't believe I'm having to go into work yet again to face gloating gooners laughing at another loss. Tudor was a strange appointment but the players are accountable ultimately for this mess. Get Redknapp in to try to bring a bit of a feel good factor, he won't be afraid to use the youth either...

    OMT Badgers vs Eagles

Said it before, they should be there just to do their job. They're becoming too much of a focus especially now with fudging ref cam!

Two goalkeepers on the bench again!! Can someone explain to me why this happens? And no Draguisin at all.

Maybe being cautious with him as he's just returned after another injury?

To think he's scored 7 goals against us in his last 3 games! If Carlsberg did Tottenham failed transfers, etc...

Weird one, Muani. Looks to have some decent attributes, pace, good shot, not bad control and yet contributes little. If he gets in the right mindset he could bang in a couple on Thursday. (Prays)

    OMT Badgers vs Eagles

That's just it @thfcsteff, I cannot fathom how they can't see that's where he is most effective. We need players who can do something a bit different like taking someone on, he does that as does Tel. We must take 3 pts on Thursday as we ain't getting any at Anfield in the following game.

    OMT Badgers vs Eagles

No Xavi in the first 11? He's currently our only creative outlet with possibly Porro and Tel when he gets on the pitch. We need to be up and at it from the start on Thursday and get in front to instil a bit of positivity and belief. The side you've gone for shows just how limited our options are.

    OMT Badgers vs Eagles

But surely the 'wingers' are the wingbacks? We had Porro on the right so like I suggested in the Palace thread maybe Souza could have played on the left?

    'Round pegs in square holes'

Far too much sense with that lineup

    OMT Badgers vs Eagles

I'm confused by Tudor's formations, everywhere I've seen he prefers 3-4-3 or slight variants. According to sky the other day he'd played it 120 times and only 4 times with a back 4 up until today. Whatever he decides on he needs to find a way to get as much attacking intent into the side. That...
