    Yeah, he's a 25 year old that should be heading into his prime. He's done way more hard yards at this stage of his career. Tel is raw. I could really give Spence a kick up the backside and explain what it means to bleed Spurs. That's my problem with him.

    Only if he has the right head on. His application in games is all over the place. Interestingly, he seems to have a 1st half motivation issue. I fully expect him to get stronger as the game goes on though. Most of his plaudits seem to come in 2nd halves.

    It's not a lack of talent that is Spence's issue. He doesn't play at full intensity and him not being a leftie is a massive disadvantage. It is as much the shapes he makes on the pitch that is the problem. A leftie would just drive things differently.

    I think we've said this over and over. We would be a different proposition if we had a balanced left and right attacking abilities. Once again we have good players playing on their wrong feet and no real driving force down the left. Where do we find a prime Bale or Lennon?

    Walker would have crossed way more at Spurs if Poch had let him. The obsession with keep ball cost us so many crosses.

    I think we would have rode out the earlier midfield problems way better with Solanke in. Not the style I want us to play but Dom would have allowed us to be direct. With Xavi's progression, we could have both now. Dare I dream of Kulu coming back.

    Spence is cruising through this. He's not at full commitment and intensity today. Most of the guys are. Loving Biss's work. Him and Gallagher are driving things quite well.

    That pressing from Spence on Walker who just let the ball go out was pathetic. You wouldn't ever see that from Porro. He really needs to work on his application.

    I've never known a collection of players that cross so badly. I would only trust 2 or 3 of them to beat the first man on most crosses. Spence, as an example, needs to stay back in training and spend hours and hours on both feet crossing. Even his stronger one.
