***OMT - Tottenham Hotspur Football Club vs AFC Bournemouth***

You'd think it would be ideal for a right footed left back to close down crosses from a left footed winger.

***OMT - Tottenham Hotspur Football Club vs AFC Bournemouth***

Going forward we've looked half-decent for a change. Defensively we've been terrible, the lack of marking and lack of closing crosses down is criminal. Earlier move, even though eventually found to be offside, we had 8 players in our area and they only had 3 yet managed to carve out a chance...

***OMT - Tottenham Hotspur Football Club vs AFC Bournemouth***

Drives me mad how many times we give players 10 yards to put a cross in. As if there's any chance they could possibly score from a cross into our area ffs!!

    Thomas Frank - Head Coach

I like Frank as a person and don't like the abuse he's receiving. The football for the most part has been pretty bad and hopefully will improve with a few signings and returning players. I was all for Ange getting a 3rd season but can see the rationale for changing the manager. Personally I...

'Worse than first feared'. When it comes to our injuries I always fear the worst, small niggle...out for 6 months!

    SPURS

Can't make up my mind whether it irritates me or if I like it. Point being when I look at upcoming fixtures on the BBC site or sky, etc.(sometimes not always), we are usually listed as 'Spurs' v. We all know it's our main nickname but I don't ever see other teams listed by theirs. ie. The...

City look pretty average as well. They do tend to accelerate from January onwards though so not all is lost...yet.

*** OMT: Spurs vs Sunderland*** Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Sunday 4th January, 3pm

The fans do have general bursts of "Come on you Spurs", etc. I get the feeling it's ingrained into their psyche that the team won't get the job done and more often than not they don't. It's built-in disappointment that spills out at the end, rightly or wrongly.

Frustrating player, bags of pace and dribbling ability but seems to play within himself. Young and hopefully will realise his potential.

*** OMT: Spurs vs Sunderland*** Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Sunday 4th January, 3pm

Whilst I don't like the booing and wouldn't do it myself, I think it's more a boo of frustration. Sunderland are organised but we should've won that game, with better decision making we would have been 3 up before conceding their goal. The fans have seen it so many times over the years and far...

*** OMT: Spurs vs Sunderland*** Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Sunday 4th January, 3pm

Decent first half, naff 2nd. Conceding territory and inviting pressure and paid the price. Had quite a few opportunities to break for the 2nd goal but the common theme of picking the wrong pass, overrunning the ball or playing a bad pass reared it's ugly head. Overall still thought we deserved...

Would make sense plus Spence could handle Adingra better defensively, he's a threat when given space.

Can't really go much more wrong to be fair. Most frustrating thing I've found watching us is the times we go forward and someone will overhit/underhit a pass or overrun the ball and concede possession. Fine margins but if we can improve that today we'll win.

Someone has to be, the amount of pessimism in this thread already is unreal. (Although I do understand why :))
