    20 years....it's just unacceptable

Yeah I got that much, it stinks of obsession to me. But what's behind the actual name? Why do they bastardise 'Tottenham'?

    20 years....it's just unacceptable

What is this whole 'Totteringham' thing about? Enlighten an out-of-touch northerner please?

Is this the dullest season on record?

No, but it's a good barometer. There have been more entertaining 2-2s than 0-0s

Is this the dullest season on record?

Just look at the goals scored tally compared to previous seasons. There aren't that many particularly memorable games. It's just all been a bit brick.

OMT Spurs v City Sunday 4pm

I see you're talking about width, using that would be very effective against us. Our left-hand side is particularly weak, Clichy and Kolarov isn't exactly brilliant. Also, Zabaleta has regressed on our right hand side and Sagna has been brick, so we're bad there too. That being said, none of...

The Official 2014/15 Premier League Thread

I agree largely, but from what I gather the guy Pearson had a go at is more or less a rookie; not really been into journalism too long and trying to get a foothold in what is surely one of the most difficult industries to progress in. Pearson is a bully, no nicer way to say it than that.

No one wished Toure a happy birthday now he wants to leave

I think the plan when getting Pellegrini was to have three fantastic years with the core of the squad while a number of things happened: the stadium expansion was completed; the club settled into the new training centre; we accommodated FFP well into our finances; the first team advanced on all...

No one wished Toure a happy birthday now he wants to leave

The one summer we want to get rid of him is the one summer Yaya has said he loves the club. Funny that.

    Champions League 2014/15

My heart was racing, brilliant match. Shame Schalke couldn't quite do it, Goretzka, Meyer and Sane all have a combined age of 59 or something like that, and they bossed Madrid. Deserved the win.

Is it just us, United and Southampton who you have to play? Btw, phenomenal job with the site revamp GG, works like an absolute dream. EDIT: ignore me, didn't see that tweet in the last post...

You're more than capable. Liverpool have been good recently but are still flaky. United are terrible, absolutely terrible. Arsenal are inconsistent, so too are Southampton. Raising your game against the better teams and getting a few wins will get you there, I'm sure of it.

Something to consider: Jovetic isn't a striker, he is used most effectively just off the striker.

Can't defend it at all. Feel sorry for the NYCFC fans, they have ever right to be angry at what has gone on. Maybe if they look how irate it's making Chelsea fans, it might make them feel a little better. I take it that, no matter how much you dislike City, everyone is hoping for Frank to...
