Not that I’ve seen recently, noanything about returning for spurs?
He knew he wasn't making it back in time this season. The World Cup was a slight possibility due to the later date but even then he probably still wouldn't get his fitness to the level required.anything about returning for spurs?
Months ago he probably thought he'd be back for us and be off to the WC with Sweden. He knew he wasn't making it back in time this season. The World Cup was a slight possibility due to the later date but even then he probably still wouldn't get his fitness to the level required.

He's just not met his milestones in recovery. For all we know, he still might not be. It's been a complicated recovery.
As I stated very earl on this situation, unfortunately, I think he's finished, so don't set any hope on him.

I said similar. Hope I'm wrong.
He has so much fight and determination. It’s going to he hard for him to return to playing and at his past levels BUT if anyone can do it then I have faith that he will. He is so head strong and won’t stop trying.
with injuries like this, it doesn't just depend on sheer will and hard work
there is a fair chance his body just won't be as good as before
I hope you are both wrong, he is only 26 so we may have not seen the last of him. Lets hope so.
Tbh even before the the injury I think he had proved that a central berth was his best position and the best use of his abilities. We all remember how amazing he was on the right when we signed him but that level of form was only for that season, the following term he was quite poor on the right. He only really looked revitalised once Ange moved him into the middle. The thing we have to remember as well is Kulu himself has said he sees himself as a central player and I do think it's a better use of his talents. Hopefully he does manage to come back and can get back to that level. Last season we truly were the Kulu team in the first half of the year, he was the difference maker. One of our best ever January transfer windows was picking up Bents and Kulu.
Bents steps on the pitch nowadays and can still play well. For me, not the player we had before the injury though. It is all very much compromised.
With Kulu, I'm wondering whether we'll end up having similar conversations about him. I'm definitely left wondering whether he could ever be a wide player again. I guess the only positive school of thought is that Kulu was quite one footed and it was his right patella where he's had the issues.
