Thomas Frank - Head Coach

Giving a manager a season isn’t patience. That’s surely the bare minimum - just like Frank is getting now. Losing faith 6 months after finishing 5th isn’t patience either. If Thomas Frank finds himself under pressure next December, it’ll be just as ridiculous. And based on the current tone, I think there’s a good chance that’s what is going to happen. Spurs as a club and a fanbase have never shown the ability to get through a rough patch. We sacked Pochettino 6 months after the Champions League final FFS
Patience is earned. And it is different for every manager. IMHO, Poch showed he could manage us in multiple competitions. He deserved more patience after the Champions League final and because that squad needed a rebuild. But maybe he didn't have anything left to give. I'm not sure which other manager that Spurs have fired deserved more time? Possibly Harry, but he was sacked for non football reasons and the timing of Jose's sacking was poor but he would have been sacked justifiably at the end of the season.

Ange, IMHO didn't earn more time. He showed last season he couldn't manage effectively in the PL. He then had a chance to show us we were wrong when he was appointed at Forest but he just carried on the same form we had at Spurs. In fact, he did the opposite and confirmed that Spurs were right.

Nothing like the many crises we had under Ange.
3 of the injuries were there before he arrived and Dom's injury is part of a long term one. What we are not seeing (yet) are the muscle injuries. Although it's early so they could still come. I'll be interested to see how he manages them. The rotation between games is impressive and may prevent the crisis from last season.

we've also not seen him rush players back from a hamstring injury and then play a high line against a team of greyhounds
