Sessegnon just scored for Fulham, good goal too. Seems to be playing quite a lot for them since leaving the 'injury curse' of WHL.

Iraola has done an incredible job there. They’re a very very good side as we saw at home. I know they’ll likely struggle towards the end of the season coz of his style but he has them overachieving.

Also worth remembering that he had a very very difficult start to his time there.

It was in the media we showed an interest in him but then he signed a new contract
He is a proper player imagine him on one wing and Kudus on the other
Would be a proper line up
And would suit Frank ball
But we would need to sell some of the wingers we have
And that’s an issue

His start issues were always attributed to getting them up to speed
That’s fair because it is an intense way of playing
Now though… flying

Imho they struggle because they have a small squad. A bigger squad and I’m sure they wouldn’t struggle as much at the end of the season. A sign of how good a manager he is, is how much he increases the value of players like Kerkez, Huijsen, Outarra and Zabanyi and now Semanyo. Will be very surprised if he and Glasner are not snapped up by bigger clubs next season.

What if the injury curse of WHL was simply players using injury as an excuse not to have to play in front of our clamish fans?
